Cook the leaves like spinach (steamed or sautéed). And the young shoots can be cooked like asparagus (I roast it in the the oven coated in pink Himalayan salt and either olive oil or veggie oil).
The pollen can be mixed with water to make dough and cook it on a griddle or an end of a stick if you can't bake it.
